Appointments are available 7 days a week, 10:00am-7:30pm. Choose your service and appointment time in our scheduler below. If you are having difficulty with online scheduling, feel free to email us call us at 916-860-0137 (9:30am – 8pm, 7 days a week.) We welcome calls, but we’re a busy practice with minimal office staff, and so emails are often faster. We do our best to handle calls as quickly as we can, but sometimes it gets pretty busy.
Tandem appointments (two people at the same time) are also available for online scheduling. Tandems are available most days of the week. Mid-day appointments are often available with a couple of days notice; evenings and weekends often book out 5 to 10 days in advance.
Individual appointments are often available within 24 hours, and (by phone) sometimes same-day. The schedule below is updated real-time as availability changes, but there are some appointments (particularly tandems) available that will not show in the online scheduler, so you can always call to check. We also maintain a cancellation list, and may be able to fit you into a cancellation sooner if your schedule is flexible.
- You may upgrade any social media deal. Schedule the service you would like, make a note that you’re using a social media deal in the notes field, and we will collect the additional at the time of your appointment.
- Our current daily deals (90 minute combination services) are listed in our scheduler as “stress buster package.” If you’ve purchased the 90 minute combination, please choose that option when scheduling.

- We require a credit card guarantee for all appointments, including those using deal coupons. We never charge the card except in the case of a no-show or late cancellation.

If you cannot attend a scheduled session, we require that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. (48 hours for tandem appointments.) Failure to cancel a scheduled appointment will incur a charge equal to one-half the value of the scheduled session.
Please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We schedule tightly, and want to give you the full time you’ve paid for, so if you are late, it will cut into the time available for your session. If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will incur a a charge equal to one-half the value of the scheduled session.

We usually confirm within a few hours at most, but some appointments can take longer to confirm, up to 1-2 days in some cases. We value your business and genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding.
